Who is Floki?
Pull up a chair, Adventurer. The fire's warm and there's plenty of seats.
I'm Floki, a Dungeon Master who decided the best part of D&D is the stories, the laughter, the moment the whole table goes silent because something incredible just happened, was worth building a content around.

The short version
I run games and play in games. I also make things for people who run games and play in games.
I share tricks, behind the screen guidance, and the occasional hot take that gets the rules lawyers sharpening their pencils.

What I believe
Rule of cool over RAW. The rules serve the table, not the other way around. When RAW would deflate the best moment of the night, I bend it for the better scene, every time. Some folks treat the rulebook as scripture, but I treat it as a suggestion written by people who weren't sitting at my table when my rogue tried something gloriously stupid.
One caveat though, I bend rules to make the table more fun for everyone, never to show off and never to steamroll a player.
Made by humans. Everything I create comes from actual people. No AI generated art, no shortcuts. This hobby is about human imagination around a shared table, and what I make should honor that. To be clear, I understand AI is now part of this world and I will not look down on you for using it, do what is right for your table. I also believe there are valid use cases, but not for the creative work.
Nobody gets gatekept. I've been at this long enough to know the rules can be frustrating and confusing. If you don't know what a bonus action is yet, wonderful. Sit down and I'll show you.
What you'll find here
The craft: lighting, music, pacing, voices. Small things that turn a session into a memory.
Honest takes: what I actually think about the game, even when it's unpopular.
Behind the screen: the real, unpolished work of being a DM.
Useful drops: tools, PDFs, and adventures you can bring straight to your table.
